Founded in 1955, its origins trace back to a collaborative effort by local unions to establish accessible medical services, initially known as the Union Miners Building, Inc. Yablonski Memorial Clinic, specifically, is one of Centerville Clinics' key locations in Fredericktown, PA, named in honor of one of the organization's founders.
