Had a terrible customer service experience. Never been treated with less respect! Was booked for teeth cleaning for 9:20 am. Was advised to text the clinic on my arrival and wait in a parking until they call to come in. Except their parking lot had no cell phone service. Which took me a couple of minutes to figure out.

I went upstairs and texted from the outside the clinic door. 9:25 am. Got a reply that my room is getting ready and I have to wait until they call me. I waited for another 15 min standing outside the clinic door and got a call from the recent who is quite rudely informed me that since they didn’t hear from me(???) they tool another patient and I can wait for another hour or so if I still want the cleaning. To my response that I did follow all the instructions and texted as asked and also got their response she said oh well it was automated service and they had a patient who wanted cleaning after their dental work and they tool her.

She also asked me if I really have to go to work and can’t wait for another hour. No apologies was offered. I respect Dr Soll and he is a great dentist but this experience doesn’t make me want to ever come back.

Dr. Soll and his team at the Central Dental Group are impressive. I have recommended various acquaintances to Dr. Soll. They each appreciate his excellent and quality work. They thank me for recommending him. Dr. Soll has successfully performed various filling replacements and aesthetic work on my teeth. This includes a procedure that reduces the appearance of large visible gaps in between teeth at the gumline which is known as 'Dental Tooth Bonding'.

It is my understanding that Dr. Soll is among only a few doctors in Canada that is trained to perform this procedure. I receive many compliments about my teeth by coworkers and friends. Dr. Soll's support staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I have frequented The Central Dental Group for over 15 years and always look forward to my next visit. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Soll's skills and professionalism.

I love walking into Dr. Soll's office, the staff are so warm and professional. The office is clean and bright, Dr. Soll and his staff will always provide consultations and a suitable treatment plan options. I have changed from my old dentist to Dr. Soll four years ago, he is professional and full of years of experience. I know I made a right move doing so.
