My daughter got braces here. They set up a payment plan. They closed in 2020 for a couple of months and I did not make any payments. I called a couple months later and tried to make a payment. They told me that I could not make a payment because they had already sent the balance due to collections.

This was just a few days after I had received a bill from them. I paid the collections company in full when I received the bill. I later had a roommate that got braces and did not pay her bill. More on that later. I was okay and understanding enough that I took my other daughtertoget her braces put on.

They offered me the same financing option that they gave me for my first daughter. They put spacers on her 2 weeks before she was supposed to get braces. The day before she was scheduled to get her braces on, they called and said that my first account had gone to collections and my FORMER roommate had her bill go to collections, they wanted $6500 paid in full before the appointment the next day. I am a single father and do not usually have that kind of money sitting around, nor am I capable of coming up with it in 24 hours. If they were not going to offer me financing, they should have told me that at the consultation and not the day before her appointment!

I have taken my daughter to CIO for her braces and now her retainers. The Doctors did a wonderful job making my daughter feel comfortable, explaining the process as she went through each phase and we could not be happier with how they turned out. The office staff has always friendly and helpful.

I have had two daughters who saw Dr. Hartman. My 2nd daughter just got her braces off. CIA has been such a great place for us! Over the last five years we have been to 3 different locations (to meet our needs at the time). They have been so easy to work with, schedule or reschedule appointments, answer questions, etc. I would give the another star if I could!

All the front desk staff, dental assistants, and doctors are wonderful! Kind, professional, helpful. I’ve had two kids already through braces here and one more to go and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Very pleased with the ease of appointments and payment plans as well.
