I have went here since I was in high school. One time I went for a cleaning and I told them I have thyroid issues and asked do they have thyroid covers for the x-rays. They did not and sent me on my way will never come here again.

I had one appointment with them which went well. However, they never scheduled my follow up appointment and every time I call, no one picks up. Then when I leave a message no one ever calls back. I gave up. I’m not going to beg you to take my money 🤷🏾‍♀️

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Dr. Segal doesn’t care about the well-being of his patients, they all just want money. He NEVER takes the time to actually check your mouth and educate you on any problems you might have. I just found out that I have gingivitis by my new dentist, which Dr.

Segal never bothered to check. Also never bothered to schedule an appointment to fix the crown he messed up. I have had multiple issues with crowns and fillings done by him and I now have to get them fixed by a much better dentist. Cleanings here are fine, but you definitely are better off getting any work done somewhere else.

My daughter went in today for 12:30 appt due to toothache. She was told she had 2 cavities but the dental assistant didn't fill them bcuz the asst was leaving at 1:00. When I called for an explanation and demand they fill my daughter's cavities they said they could not bcuz they hadn't seen her since 2019 and she would have to wait until Jan.

That's like a doctor telling a patient "your leg is broken" but don't wrap it in a cast. Our family will NEVER go back to this office
