Ken Peps

I had three visits with them with lord knows how many different people involved. I’ve had resin implants fall out and have to be replaced and they had me sign all financial forms under duress while I was in the chairs mid- procedure, including a credit bureau. They charged me in advance twice over for root canal therapy, crown buildup and crown replacement. It was such a disaster (they ran out of cement before my last visit and the crown is still too big, and I’m going to have to go to another dentist to repair it) that I said let’s not do the second set of root canal, etc.

Daniel the man in charge sat me down and apologized profusely and said they’d give me a refund for the second sets of unperformed procedures, and also reassured me that they would pay the interest rates with the credit bureau they had me sign with for the first six months. Both things were a lie. I checked with the credit bureau and now I’ve had to file a formal complaint.
