Dr. Jung and Carol were incredible helping me out with replacing a damaged filling. They are incredibly patient and understanding of my severe dental anxiety and make the process and quick and painless as they possibly can.

I really appreciate the way they've gone out of their way to make sure I'm calm and comfortable, it means everything! All of the staff are great. Strongly recommend this office for cleanliness, professionalism, high-quality, and ease of appointment!

EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS AND BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE! As a new patient, I was informed that I needed a procedure for my molars, with an estimated cost of just over $2,000. Upon arriving for the procedure, I was numbed but left unattended for several hours. Eventually, I was told the doctor would not be able to treat me, despite the numbing, and I was forced to reschedule. After the procedure, I was told the pain would subside in a few days; however, I endured severe pain for nearly two weeks before being seen to have a crown placed on the filling. When I arrived for the crown placement, I communicated the ongoing pain to both the doctor and the staff, but my concerns were ignored.

The crown was placed with excessive force, which only worsened the pain. Subsequently, I was referred to a specialist for a root canal, which cost an additional $2,000. I questioned why the initial treatment was performed if a root canal was ultimately necessary. To my surprise, today I received another call from the practice demanding an additional $1,000. While I have no issue paying for services, the complete lack of personal accountability is truly disappointing.

A procedure initially quoted at $2,000 has now cost me over $5,000. The staff is unprofessional, and the doctor seems to lack both experience and an understanding of patient concerns. While this practice may be suitable for basic cleanings, I would strongly advise against seeking any more advanced procedures. It appears the primary goal of this practice is to profit from patients rather than genuinely care for their well-being. I would rate my experience as a one-star, and that is likely generous!

Dr. Nick and the entire staff were great! As a new patient at this location, I was worried about my usual dental anxiety and filling out a ton of paperwork. Luckily, I was able to get all of the forms done electronically ahead of time and got several text reminders for my appointment time.

The doctor made me feel much better, I didn’t have any hesitations or dental anxiety during my appointment. I recommend if you’re looking for a good dental office!
