I have a long history with dental work due to a childhood injury to my teeth. Throughout my years I have had severe dental anxiety due to all the past dental work has been done. I felt defeated about how my smile looked. Immediately when I went to Chalet, everyone I encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming to me. Dr. Fredrickson (along with Liz for support) laid out all my options that made sense for my case and provided his recommendations.

He was very clear about the entire treatment plan and truly eased all my anxieties. The team really listened to my concerns and prioritized my feelings. It was my first dental experience where I felt a comprehensive sense of care by all members. I felt they were not satisfied until I was 100% happy and I cannot thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I have been seeing Dr. Fredrickson for over 25 years. He and his staff are very experienced, kind and the quality of care are second to none. Why I gave them only four stars is because after being a patient for so long I went in for a crown replacement and when I was leaving they told me I am out of network.

I was very disappointed that they did not inform me before the treatment. My insurance had not changed but Chalet Dental is no longer in their network.

This is a place that cares, from the wonderful women at the front desk who make the first impression to the assistants and, of course, ultimately to the dentist. Our family's experience was with Dr. Childers and she did a great job. My neighbor initially recommended Chalet when we weren't sure where to turn for a very specific issue --- and now we are happy to do the same!
