The staff and dentist are the most caring I have ever experienced. This clinic accepts the Cone Health Orange card and only charges $40 per visit!

Thanks to Amy, my daughter of 6 years of age hass ended her lifelong bond with our very beloved dentist, Dr. Hall. I will be complaining via email to Amy's supervisor Nicole. I have not ever had a real problem with this place outside of them not letting me come back with my daughter because she is 5. Yet, I am unsure that any parent would like that, right? Anywhere, it wasn't until I recently encountered Amy's poor attitude over the summer that I realized that this is an unfit situation. She obviously took it personal that I wanted my daughter to be treated or even seen expeditiously due to her having not one but two baby teeth present while the adult teeth was coming in as well. My daughter felt extreme pain that she complained about often at the time. So since I am a new mom and this is my only kid, I called and even followed up like she recommended to see if anyone didn't show to their appointment. Well everytime I spoke to Amy, and she seemed to get more irritated after a while. She added me to a waiting list but I was afraid of an infection. So I checked up but after a or two week of so, Amy tells me that she was told by Dr. Hall to recommend elsewhere.

Disappointed and hurt, I tried to state that we really wanted to work with our dentist but she give me new information and said they should be able to get us in sooner. I was so upset that i wanted to hang up but right before i disconnected, Amy said so you want to keep your kids appointment. I said no, just forget it. I called the recommended dentist and she did not take new cilents until Oct 10. Upset I called back and tried to get my baby her Sept 13 appt but Nasty Amy picked up and refused to add my kid to the list. Amy did not have the dr rest out to me, would not tell me that the dr was out of office, or even give an explanation from Dr. Hall of why my daughter and I was dropped with no appointment, no backup or reason why we cant come back. I would love to hear from Dr. Hall still today. I will be stopping by whenever I get a chance and write Nicole since I can not get in contact with Chlander Dental all of the sudden. Yet, to you Amy, you are the absolute worst. Thanks to you, we will never do business with this dentistry again especially your rude branch.

The even better news is that we found a wonderful new dentist "brown nation". O and not only can I go to the back with my daughter but I can go until shes 18 or for as long as I want too and not until she turns 6. Also, it diverse and everyone treats everyone like people. Not to forget, we got both teeth removed within our first visit and in great timely. The dentist encouraged mira and was nice to us both. The staff is outstanding unlike Amy, and they treat us all like beings. I am super disappointed with Amy unprofessionalism and hidden attempt to cause me more stress than aid. However, I am blessed to not have to deal with her or anything associated with her anymore. Dr. Hall, we wish you the best and hope you get better representation of who you are, but good riddance.

I forgot the Dr. name she’s tall and black. No manners and disrespectful dentist having bad attitude telling me in front of my days he no longer was treating my child that make an appointment with a different Dr.

because we had a disagreement and giving my child an asthma pump because she felt she should always carry it for emergencies duh she does she left in the car she could have come out to me and asked me to get her inhaler mind you I told her my child asthma was dormant how can you give her an inhaler without my consent so we had a disagreement and scolding me because my child got braces and she felt she wasn’t ready well lady your not an orthodontist your just a dentist and it doesn’t give you the right to tell me in front of my daughter to find another dentist poor child came out of there confused like what in the world. Never will come back. Lady I will pray for you!
