I have had such outstanding experiences at Dr Leonard's office, I have been going here for the past 12+ years. I even had my parents try them out, as my mom has had horrbile dental experience, and they became long term customers as well. Both my boys have gone here since they were 3/4yrs old. And the past year or two my oldest son, now 10 has issues with the X-rays, and after not being able to retrieve them, he was referred to Tweet Dentistry down the road. Great! I get it, you need X-rays, well we got them, and Tweet also found he has 2 cavities on his adult teeth that they wont touch, as she specialized in baby teeth apparently.

They said they would send their findings over to Dr Leonard's office, and the images for my son. Called Dr Leonard's office today, and told them we got images, and would like to continue care at his office! Front desk lady said shed pass the info along and get back to me on what Dr Leonard would suggest. Well he suggests that we go with Tweet's referral, which Tweet asked if we had a preference or they had some suggestions. My son was excited to be able to go back to his family dentist, that he has been going to for years. But we were told no.

No explanations other than, I suggest you go with Tweet's referrals. After reading other reviews, and stories of other kids, specifically an 11 yr being told they need to grow up, I am leaving and bringing my boys elsewhere.

I was a patient here, turned in all my paperwork, they did the procedure, and then sent me a bill and told me I was out of network. This was not an emergency, and they had plenty of time to tell me they were out of network. They now tell me they take no Blue cross Blue Shield. Maybe try telling your patients that from the start. Others should know.

Wow! The front desk caller ruined this company for me. We had used them because they led us to believe they were in network, and afterwards we find out they are not in network for any BCBS plans - EVER! That would have been nice to know seeing we sent them all or paperwork and filled out all our forms. They knew we were coming here to find a in network dentist after our last place changed ownership and were no longer in network. This was a opportunity for them to be honest, but they were not. After getting the huge bill all they would do is tell me it was our responsibility to know if they were in network.

This is a scam! And new patients should be aware. Look for a provider that actually checks your benefits. Bad practices and rude front desk. I will make sure to share my experience as much as possible!

This dentist IS NOT in network with any Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We had called and they told us they were in network, we did the procedure and were left with a full bill when we have two coverages. When we tried to talk to them about it they told us it was our responsibility to know we were out of network.

They will not verify your coverage like other offices will. I think they ride off the fact that there is another dentist with a similar name out there.
