I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chantilly Dental Center, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff Ramonica and Mimi who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting area was comfortable and had a calming atmosphere, which helped to alleviate any nerves I had about my appointment. The dental professionals at this office were exceptional. My dentist was knowledgeable, skilled, and took the time to thoroughly explain any procedures or treatments that were necessary.

They were also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was also fantastic. They were thorough, gentle, and provided helpful tips and advice for maintaining good oral hygiene. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. One aspect that really stood out to me was the emphasis on patient education. The dental professionals at this office took the time to educate me about proper oral care techniques and provided recommendations for products that would benefit my specific needs.

This level of personalized care was truly impressive. Overall, my experience at Chantilly Dental Center was outstanding. The staff, the facility, and the level of care provided were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of dental care.

I waited for a root canal for almost a month, the same day of my appointment they canceled 10 minutes before, I had missed work, but that is not the problem, it is the lack of commitment and playing with the pain and life of the patients, then they agreed to call me to give me a new appointment, something they did not take the time to do, terrible service

The worst Dentistory I ever met, rude staff and one of yhe doctor just refused to treat my teeth treatment becaus i told him last service was not good. neverever come here. zero star

About 2 years ago I wanted to have a procedure done and before I arrived I confirmed that my insurance was accepted. At this practice I was shown a number that was less than half of what I ended up getting billed for later. The letter was a collections letter. I never received one phone call or one pleasant or professional communication. It was simply your insurance is paid. Its fair. Share your responsible for this.

Problem I have with this is that never in the office? Was this mentioned as being a possibility? So basically it's a bait and switch. I advise that you put the final cost in writing and make them sign that they will not change it because they're clearly hungry for patients. They're just getting started and the number of one star i've used I see tells me that this business is going to be around for very long. I reached out to the owner who wanted to talk to me about it and he hung up on me. Probably the worst thing you can do to a customer ever.
