Dr. Pham and her staff members are always attentive and caring. One should always look for a dependable local dentist office instead of chains when it comes to oral health. Based on my very few years of dental lab background in the past, I learned that a great doctor not only equips with caring heart and an extensive knowledge in their fields but skills, and Dr.

Pham is the one with all three! I had a terrible habit of not taking care of my teeth and ended up receiving a crown for one of my molars through her, prep was amazing, zero open margin, which resulted an excellent delivery with great bite. She makes sure to give the exact care you need and does her best to make the procedures less painful or quick. A wondeful doctor with her wonderful staff members, I trust them to take care of my wife and our kids. Mrs.

Melanie will also take great care of your dental hygiene with many, many years of experience as well. People! Floss religiously as it actually strengthens your gum and takes out all the food particles in between your teeth that often lead to infection or cavities. Thank you for taking care of my teeth!

Was disappointed by my appointment, asked to check if I had cavities and they did a cleaning but it was rushed because someone else was coming in right after last minute. Because it was rushed I’m disappointed that I didn’t get the full cleaning I normally would at other dentists I’ve been to, ie I had asked the hygienist if she was going to floss because it she wasn’t going to and she said someone else didn’t like flossing but that has nothing to do with the typical dental cleaning procedure? Overall it felt kind of like they were rushing through the cleaning and it wasn’t a full dental cleaning procedure. Dr Pham was cleaning my teeth and then I don’t know what happened but my right bottom molar started hurting after the cleaning, and I noticed whenever I chewed my right side would start hurting. I think while cleaning it opened up a bit of the gyms so food got stuck in there after eating.

So I’ve been only chewing on my left side but this was because of how that tooth was cleaned during the apt and I feel like if it wasn’t as rushed this would not have happened. I usually don’t have issues after cleanings so this is a first unfortunately. I did come back and Dr Pham looked at it and tried cleaning it again but did not resolve the issue. I still have food caught under the gums and it still hurts, I worry it’ll get infected.

I also can’t chew on one side right now. I will have to make another apt or see another dentist if it can’t be fixed. Really wish my appointment wasn’t rushed since I think that could have avoided the current pain I’m experiencing now on my right side.

Most friendly, helpful, respectful, and professional dentistry care I have ever received. (I started receiving care in 1956 - that says a lot!) Everything from condition of past care to possible need for future care was explained with very clear path as to time line of need. Very informative and professional visit.

A care team I am certain I can trust! (Recommended to me by my son’s family of 6. They weren’t wrong!)
