Everyone hates going to the dentist but had u went here 1st you would never hate it again. They treat u so great it would be impossible to top his care and I would put him up against any denist in the world and come out on top!!!!!!

Dr. Patrick Charles, Niki, Sonia (sp?), and Janice are all amazing!!! I used to have a trusted dentist in Knoxville that I had seen since 1984. However, I moved away for several years and while I was gone my dentist retired. I have been duped so many times into trying a new dentist because they offer some special on cleaning, only to have them insist on x-rays and end up with some bogus prognosis that I needed thousands of dollars in dental work. I used to be able to go to my former dentist for a second opinion because I completely trusted him.

In fact, he worked well into his 70s before retiring for just this reason- that these new dentists are giving the industry a bad reputation. Well, it happened yet again that I was told by a new dentist I needed extensive work, which is odd because I take great care of my teeth. Someone close to me recommended Dr. Patrick Charles and said he is the best dentist he’s ever had, and my friend trusts him completely. I live in West Knoxville so it was a bit of a drive, but let me tell you, it was well worth it! Dr.

Patrick did multiple sets of x-rays to determine what actually needed to be done and fixed me right up- without the additional extensive work this other dentist told me I need. Dr. Patrick is now my new trusted dentist – and I’ve only had one other of those in my life (the one I first saw in 1984). He has my business from here on out! I highly recommend him and his team!
