Dr. New and his staff are amazing! Went in for a root canal after my regular dentist recommended Dr. New. Dr New is phenomenal, he did an amazing job with my root canal. His assistant is beyond amazing also. Between the both of them they explained everything that they would be doing and were so nice and attentive to me. I felt no pain during the procedure.

And recovery was also pain free. I will forever continue to visit Dr. New and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Dr. New and staff.

I came to this place 10 years ago and service was amazing. Needed another root canal so decided I would come back again to Dr New. Dr. New is amazing. But I would not go back again after my last experience with his staff, especially the scheduling, was never told about my fees up front and I am not the only one. People were walking out confused when they were being told about a payment after treatment. I didn't think anything until I was next. Was never told I would be evaluated, I thought I was going for an emergency root canal, this was back in July.

I was charged 300 for an evaluation that my insurance would reimburse. I was told. I was never told my root canal would be in 2 parts. They did the first part in August and then said I another 383. and they were still waiting on reimbursement. I didn't pay the 383. 00 on the first part of the root canal because I was upset they didn't disclose that part. So for the second part I pay the 383.

00 and then I'm told Im not getting reimbursed for my evaluation fee . The mis communication So 3 sessions for a root canal and almost 700. 00 out of pocket. Will never be back again. Great Ortho, awful staff. If you get referred to an ortho you can go to any it does not have to be here. Do your research. I didn't

I would highly recommend Dr. New. I went for a root canal. I was not recommended by my regular dentist office , but did my own search on who takes my dental insurance (Delta Dental). I was very pleased with the service provided. The procedure was painless, his assistant explained everything. Dr.

new had bedside manner and that also put me at ease. Both appointments went well, and the front desk was also friendly. I also had a dental emergency for a filling next to my root canal tooth and my own dentist could not get me in and told me to call the Endodontist. Which I was not happy about, but they were able to get me in and fix the problem while I was still waiting on my crown appointment. Hopefully no more root canals for me lol! But I would definitely go back for treatment. Thanks

Dr. New is a professional in his area of expertise. I visited him for a root canal and he did a great job with the treatment of my tooth. All Dr. New's assistants (Debra and Penny) and office personnel were great too! Highly recommend Dr. New to everyone!
