I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other families deserve to know about my experience. During our last visit, I was told I couldn’t continue the appointment unless I paid out of pocket that day—even though I asked to be billed so I could work with my insurance. I was told that wasn’t allowed because “it’s their policy. ” I wasn’t given any kind of heads-up beforehand due to their error in sending the requests to the wrong number after having updated the information twice before on my own accord. and they refused to send a bill afterward either.

On top of that, scheduling has been incredibly difficult. Dr. Patnoe always seems to be on vacation, and the staff was consistently pushy about booking months out rather than trying to accommodate anything sooner or more convenient. Whenever I tried to find a workable time, I was met with rude attitudes and little willingness to collaborate. This experience made me feel like my child’s care came second to their rigid policies and inflexible scheduling.

A pediatric dental office should be supportive, especially when it comes to helping parents navigate insurance—not make things harder. We’ll be finding care elsewhere.

My son has been seen for past 8 years here and the problem i have is not with Dr. Patnoe she has always been great but as for the Staff behind the desk not so much. Doing shared custody can be crazy when it comes to appointments but when your calling the stepmother to confirm his appointment well they should listen when there told I'm not his mother.

So now my son has been dropped and honestly I feel relieved I don't have to deal with the argumentative staff that no parent should have to deal with. Not what I expected from a Dentist of her caliber. Rude Staff!

I felt they absolutely cared about their patients and the parents. The whole atmosphere beginning to end was very welcoming and comfortable. They were upfront with assuring me my son will NOT like going to the dentist but I understand it’s for his benefit. I will always bring him here for care!!
