The customer service was mid from the front to the back. So on their website they advertise same day emergency treatment if you’re in pain! I called & the secretary scheduled for me to come in later that day which I thought was great. I went in, Got X-rays done. The guy Dr Krishna came reached in my mouth with gloves he already had on, wiggled at the infected tooth without even using one dental tool or inspecting any other teeth. I was told I have a cavity in my tooth that needed to be pulled.

He said my insurance doesn’t cover a different X-ray needed to see the nerve damage & mentioned the price several times before asking me when I would like to reschedule. There was no clear communication as to why I had to reschedule if I’m asking them to solve the problem today regardless of the price. I decided then I wasn’t coming back. He gave me a prescription for amoxicillin & sent me on my way. I went to a DIFFERENT place the next day who noticed other teeth that needed treatment.

I was scheduled for a deep cleaning & was billed for that xray needed and treated way better before Charm City could ever see me again. Only good thing I can say about that place was that it smells good in there.

Every one at Charm City Smiles was great. They were super helpful over the phone which was my first interaction and they were able to welcome us as new patients within a couple of days. Upon arriving, we had already had other dental opinions and what Dr. Kreisheh diagnosed was exactly what we had heard from other dentists.

I was able to get booked for a wisdom tooth extraction the next day and everyone was so helpful. It was so fast!!!! I was in and out within 30 mins. Definitely recommend this dental practice.
