Dr Simrat she is the best I didn't feel like I was meeting her for the first time. She was pampering me like her younger sister. I had never had dental treatment before, so I was very scared and nervous, but she made it possible. Thank you mam❤️

Service has gone downhill from when it first opened. Today was my final visit and I will never be back or recommend anyone here. In June, I waited over 45 minutes (for a filling that required under 10 minutes) and had to reschedule due to wait time. Rescheduled appointment came and they called me saying an emergency surgery came up and had to cancel. Today, I called 20 minutes before my appointment seeing if they were on time in an attempt to not have to sit and wait again, receptionist told me to come and that they were on time.

Appointment was scheduled for 1:45pm, at 1:50pm they took me in the room and at 2:20pm I was still waiting to be seen. I made the hygienist aware that if I wasn’t seen shortly I would have to leave because once again almost an hour was spent just waiting. Once I said that, Dr. Kaur came to the room immediately and sincerely began apologizing saying there were issues due to the recent storm. She tried to ask me what she could do and all I wanted was for the procedure that was scheduled in June to get done and get out.

Things come up for sure, and I have been flexible as well as understanding, but today was definitely my last visit here. Perhaps the team should make sure they are all working together and communicating effectively so that things can improve. The “blame game” is very unprofessional and doesn’t help anyone, especially a business.
