Paid out of pocket $350 for impressions to be done. I was told it takes 4-6 weeks every time I called. On the 8th week the receptionist finally called the company they send impressions to and was told they know nothing about mine. I’ve been told multiple times that Dr. Horton (might be spelled wrong) is going to call me and he’s yet to do so.
It’s going on 3 months. All the girls at the front desk seem clueless. Do not recommend.

My dental visit for the 1st time was very pleasant the Doctor and the entire staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until end and I will be coming back to this office for the rest of my dental work signed a satisfied patient.

This is a very caring office. They take time and patience for someone who had a lot of fear of going to the dentist. I am on a 6 months routine love coming to the Dentist. My hygienist Michelle is awesome. Thank Dr Horton and staff so much. Susan F

I’ve been coming to Dr Horton for over 15 years now and each time they do a wonderful job! Today my daughter and I received our regular routine cleaning on our teeth and couldn’t give nothing but high praises. I do miss Katrina who was working the front desk but she has been gone for a very long time now.
Sometimes in the past I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and had to physically go up to the office and make an appointment but I believe that has all been resolved now because I’m no longer having those issues.
