no one answers the phones, came here for new crown and have not heard back yet from anyone regarding status of the claim. something weird is going on. all of these 'positive' reviews do not add up.

my family and I went and had a good first visit, but when it came time to our follow-up visits, they called the night before to cancel it and whenever we called to reschedule, no one ever answered the phone. makes me suspicious of all the 5-star reviews...

This is the best dentist in Chelsea ! I live in the East Village and travel all the way over here on a bike to get my teeth cleaned. I've been coming here for some years now and I can say my teeth and gums are much healthier now than when I started because of following some of the advice from Dr Mustapha Rammal . He's redone some of my old fillings too - that were upfront that didn't look great but it's much better now ! Good place ! I get deep gum cleanings here too which are covered by insurance too .

Also they give me nice toothpaste on the way out ! Recommended .

Something has happened with this practice and I’ve since switched. No one answers the phone, and at my recent appointment the person at the front desk seemed to have no idea what was going on and was flustered and rude to everyone coming in. I saw different dentist than usual (unexpectedly, no explanation) who did a really rushed cleaning. For my husband’s appointment a few days later, the door was locked for his morning appointment and no one was there or answered the phone.

He ended up going back home and no one contacted him to apologize or reschedule since. Only reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because my original dentist here was very thorough and prompt.
