Dr. Chen is an excellent dentist. she’s gentle on your teeth and does good work, however her & her staff gossips about the condition of their patients teeth making them feel bad and that to me, is very unprofessional! whispering & gossiping shouldn’t be a part of any practice when they are there to help you. I was checking out and she came out of the back saying , “your teeth bleeding everywhere right in front of a customer in back of me! Another thing, she said I needed a tooth pulled and two other dentist in ROC told me I needed just a crown? For that reason I changed dentist where they make you feel comfortable and donot gossip with staff members regarding patients teeth.

I am happy where I am and I will never return to Dr. Chen’s office.

Started going to this office while with the military and decided to keep Dr. Chen as my dentist after completing my contract. I have never felt pain during a filling, and she has always been incredibly thorough. Her hygienist is super friendly and does a great job.

The office staff aka Kathy is also very welcoming and friendly. One of the best office environments I’ve encountered. Highly recommend using this office for all dental needs! Professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness and friendliness is top tier.

I got new insurance so I had to look for a new dentist. I found a good one. Dr. Chen and staff are friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. Dr. Chen explained everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done.

I had two very difficult extractions on some cracked teeth and Dr. Chen did a fantastic job. I healed quickly using her instructions and the follow up was good news. I have already recommended her to my family and friends.

Hands down, Dr. Chen is my favorite dentist. The staff she works with is also super nice and friendly. It had been well over 10 years since I last visited her specifically. The level of care I received surpassed the fond memories I had of her practice. I had always loved it there. This time, it was like returning to family.

Dr. Chen and staff helped me so much with my dental care. My only regret is that I didn't reach out to her practice sooner. Still, I am so happy to be back. 10/10 will be back again.
