Delayed diagnoses, delayed treatment and the arrogance of Dr. Homer. She loves to belittle you and shift the blame when she is supposed to review xrays and give a treatment plan, especially when I go every 3 months.

I had to go elsewhere and spend an exuberant amount of money to fix the damages due to delayed diagnosis even after providing a complaint to her months in advance. Oh, and when you try to have a discussion about how did we arrive here with regular visits, don't expect to get a return call.

I use to be a patient at Great Expressions in Stockbridge Ga, Coming from that practice to Cherished Smile Family Dentist was definitely a step up. I received such great care and customer service from staff and the actual Dentist. They were very informative and knowledgeable. The vibe of the office was bubbly with great music playing, I enjoyed that because I dislike a quiet awkward office. They have ceiling TV's for your entertainment while getting your teeth cleaned! I have now found my permanent family dentist.

I’m advising anyone who is thinking of using this office for dental care to rethink. Unfortunately, I have been a patient of this office for more than 3 years and I am just now discovering this office is more concerned about money than they are about people. I paid this office $140 to ensure my account was current to put a crown on my tooth. The crown was supposedly cemented however, it fell out after only six days. Upon calling the office, I was told I would need to pay an additional $56 to have the crown replaced again. The crown placement was not successful and fell out. When I complain about the crown falling out yet again, I was told I would need to pay additional money for any care.

This is not an office you want to trust with your dentistry. The assistant to Dr. Homer not once mentioned having the crown re-made. She had the attitude of you figure it out. Do not use this office.

Dr Homer and Camille are the absolute best! great chair side manner. I have always suffered with dentist anxiety but the two years I’ve been going here I’ve felt completely comfortable at every visit because of them! I’m so grateful to finally have a dentist I love and can trust!
