Appointment was at 3:30, didn't get called back until 4:30 despite the waiting room being pretty much empty. Horribly slow service, why set an appointment time if that's not going to be when it actually starts. Not everyone has 2+ hours of free time to wait around

I could leave a long review on how bad this places is and I’m sorry if u have to go here but the reviews are close to right about this place. Mid/not good. I would not spend my hard earned money here again. And after the services that have been paid for are completed I will not. The receptionist at the counter to the right when u come down the stars really need to learn how to talk to customers she is not kind nore courteous in any way and just assumes what u want before u get to finish or even get a word in not cool.

Why ask if you’re going to answer for me. Not a great experience. U should treat your customers a little friendlier. The other receptionists is a love lady and I have seen her be very kind and courteous to lots of customers.

I went to Cherry Dental for dentures at the recommendation of my best friend who had a very positive experience with his dentures. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Their sliding scale made dentures affordable, even on my fixed income. Dr Knape was outstanding. He explained each step of the process so there were no surprises.

When the dentures were delivered, they fit PERFECT. I did not require any adjustments. I have been beyond pleased with my experience at Cherry Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very rude. They had me and my son waiting 40 minuites to get into an appointment then the doctor would take an additional 40 minuites to bring out the release paperwork. My final straw was when I showed up to my last appointment at the 9 minute mark and the secretary tells me that "there is no longer a 10 minute waiting time" ridiculous. In addition to that stuff, I have had a ma admit to reading my paperwork at the end which is a hippa violation.

Their my chart system sucks so I can't even read my own test results. Doctors won't listen to your problems they'll just tell you nothing is wrong with you. Do not recommend this doctors office to anybody.
