Dr. Gradishar has been my dentist for several years. I have had a variety of work done from simple cleaning and exams to root canals and crowns and I think he does an excellent job at a reasonable price. He is very good at telling me what is involved and what my options may be.

He has always been good at squeezing me into his schedule on the fortunately infrequent times when I have needed emergency dental care. I would recommend him to anyone.

Worst Cleaning and service I’ve ever received. Seems he was not happy I declined x-rays, and attempted to cancel my appointment, suggesting I come back another time. Guess he wanted to bill my insurance for unnecessary services. Dr.

Gradishar hit my front teeth several times with the metal cleaning instruments causing pain. My teeth did not feel clean and smooth after the cleaning, nor did he floss my teeth, which is standard with a cleaning. I do not recommend this Dentist! Tons of other dentistries in the area that provide better service and treatment!

Every visit of mine has been great. Dr. Gradishar explained everything I needed to know about my teeth. He even took the time to explain my insurance and cost which was the first time I've ever had a dentist help me. He is very direct about what's best for me (including oral health, cost, and insurance) and did an amazing job on my teeth.

All of the assistants are nice and extremely helpful. Everybody there seemed like they were looking out for my best interest. Even the oral health video in the waiting room was great. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brandy took amazing care of my teeth and the staff was very nice. However, my husband and I have faced extreme judgement from the Dr. Gradishar. He also violated HIPAA rules which I will be reporting to OCR by discussing about my teeth procedures and what was wrong with them and how I wanted to continue to pay for/insurance coverage with my husband before asking me … in which my husband told him that he should probably talk me about it instead of him, in which he replied along the lines of “i always ask the husband first. .

” which was very shocking to both me and my husband because this is about ME and not him. Although, my husband had informed afterwards about this incident, I was in the other room overhearing this and I know a lot of his workers could definitely hear him say it, since I was able to hear it as well. He also attempted to make me feel bad about my teeth in order to get me to pay the $50 charge, which I was already going to get anyways. However, it definitely felt like a ploy to get me to pay for it in order to continue the procedure by over exaggerating and telling me my tartar build up was black and over exaggerated the state of my teeth in attempt to get me worried so that I would pay his fee (I thought this was kind of hilarious but still wrong). FYI the Dr that did my procedure showed me the tartar that was removed as she was working on me which in fact was not black. It gets even funnier - He then continued on and said well if you don’t continue with the procedure, it would be incomplete cleaning which means we would have to charge you the $40 cancellation fee.

I do believe he has great knowledge and he wants what is best for my teeth. I always expect good out of others and give others benefit of the doubt. Dr. Gradishar is very judgmental and he takes advantage when he can which is why I will not be returning to his practice. (Please excuse any grammar/punctuation mistakes I was very upset when writing this)
