Been going here since I moved to the area in 2010. Clean, professional, never any major issues. Appointments are always at their scheduled time; don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes on arrival. Was given a quality referral and follow-up care for wisdom teeth removal several years ago.

Literally after reading these reviews I totally get why some are super upset. We initially had an appointment this passed Monday but due to me overbooking with the children's pediatrician I called in to see if I could reschedule. Horrible process. First they "couldn't find" our appointment. Then they said we needed to submit our insurance information again over the phone which we'd already done. . . this took more than an hour with being on hold then them having to call us back 2X.

The 2nd time the dentist called back and tried to get us to come in later that day but we couldn't and I asked to come in the next day if at all possible, Tuesday. He then got impatient with me and asked could I call back bc "he didnt have the schedule in front of him" 😒 Called back today, Tuesday and now his receptionist, who took our information twice at this point, is saying "he lost our paperwork and wants to find it before he schedules us" to come in. . . . WHAT?!?! You mean he lost it in 24 hours? Simple, just call in a verify again it takes like 15 mins. . .

. Every excuse that came out of that girl's mouth was a lie. Just say you don't want to treat my family for whatever reason and let us move on. I kindly expressed my frustration with this doctor's methods and asked her to get rid of my families information. I guess we dodged a bullet bc all this happened before we were even scheduled. . .

This dentist's office is close to my house and I was unfortunate to choose it. The dentist has a very big attitude, and even you are only allowed to talk when he says so. You can only answer yes or no, and listen to him no matter how your feet need to be placed. First of all, I'm sure I'm not a chatterer. Not getting any respect in his clinic. My husband comforts me by saying "This is normal", The second time I went to see this dentist, the attitude of the dentist made my husband take back what he said.

My teeth have not been treated once; he has only asked me to do x-rays. This dentist has caused me to endure my pain for longer because I couldn't receive immediate help. I am very responsible to say that Dr. G hurt me badly, what a nightmare! Since then I chose a really good dentist for myself.
