This place is ran like a 3rd world country. They never answer the phone and that should be a sign of how they run things over there. Then when you do get em on the phone they act like they want nothing to do with you! It took me 3 weeks before I could schedule an appointment while they checked out my insurance which they said I would have to keep calling them back thru the week to find out if i was accepted and to schedule and appointment because they are either too lazy or too busy to admit they are gonna make you do their job for em. After all the aggravation and finally getting in there, I am left to sit in a waiting area that looks like a run down welfare office or shady ambulance chasers office (better call saul). Had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen,and I showed up 30 minutes ahead of time knowing there would be paperwork.

The rooms were they work on you have all out dated equipment and are sloppily put together. I make small talk with the dentist about them being busy and he tells me if I thought that was something they got broken equipment they've been waiting weeks to repair. Amazing! I continue with my exam at some point he stops and there is like 2 or 3 minutes of uncomfortable silence,I ask whats going on,and he says "were done,you can go". I'm like what? what are you going to do? he tells me what procedure he wants to do,that ill need to come back,once again a long pause,ok?and. .

. "and we will call you for an appointment" I never hear from them again nor can I reach them on the phone. Forget this place,most unprofessional people I've seen,and they run the place like Cook County General were they only know how to treat gun shoot wounds and nothing else! Even if I would of got the work done there I still wouldn't trust it,its like a butchers shop in there and the only thing keeping this guy in business is working on illegals with stolen credit cards or other shady practices. Stay far away from this place!

I have been to many dentist in my lifetime and have never received the kindness, personalized service and fantastic dental care, I received from Doctor Paul and his staff. My husband and I both have used him for our dental care and we both recommend him highly!

gotdank?

Had a rough time finding a place that would help me since I'm on disability, but these guys not only came through for me...but they were are very nice and professional. Got a tooth extraction and felt very little pain. Have had bad experiences with other places in the past, but this place really took care of me.
