I’ve always had a fear of dentist due to a traumatic childhood dental experience. I was informed I needed a crown and fillings and I was truly petrified of the thought. Dr. Alwan and his dental assistant Rosana truly made my fears diminish when I went in for my procedure. They were very understanding and compassionate in regards to how I felt during the visit. I cried and felt panicked, but with their efforts, they were able to calm me down. The procedure itself was done pretty fast and efficiently; the numbing part was smooth.

I barely felt anything. Them talking to me throughout the process made it feel less scary and it went by faster. He was very gentle and kept asking to make sure I was okay and feeling comfortable. I’m very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Cherrywood Dental for anyone’s dental needs. They are a one of a kind crew and I’ll always remember this experience as a good one.

Clean office, and Nice staff! 1 start for Clean office and another for friendly staff. The quality of work is NOT so good. I had 2 implants done, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom. The bottom one is still intact, but the top one is not so. Two weeks after the implant I had to go back because the top one was loose. Fast forward 4 years, and it loose again. I guess implants are not permanent.

I went back and they want $1000 to tighten the screw. It's not like anything is missing, just needs re-tightening and they want $1k for it. Mind you I paid 12k for both implants. Overpriced and poor quality of work. I won't recommend doing any major work there.

I had been looking for a dentist in Woodbridge, VA. I found Cherrywood Dental Associates, Woodbridge, VA and I am so glad I did. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. B is the best dentist.

I had a procedure done that was long. He was so kind and kept asking me if I was okay. I was able to relax as he helped make the procedure so much easier. The office staff is like one big family and they make new patients and all feel welcome.

I needed pretty comprehensive dental work done and visited three practices for consultations before choosing Cherrywood Dental Associates. As soon as I arrived in the office, I could feel that it was a friendly and personable place and I was greeted by very professional and happy staff at the front desk. I have had extensive experience with dentists for the majority of my adult life and I can honestly say that my experience with Cherrywood has been the best by far of any practice that I have gone to. Before my initial consultation was completed, I knew I had found the practice that I wanted to have my work done, not only from a trust perspective but also from a cost perspective.

Everyone in the practice treats you like family and they seem genuinely happy to see you! They are very thorough about after-care instructions and check in with you to see how you are doing and if you need anything. They are also very responsive to seeing you for an extra appointment if you have any concerns. I am not completely finished with my procedures, because of the time required for implants to be ready to have a crown placed, but I am no longer fearful or anxious about going to the dentist. Dr.

B and Dr. A (as well as everyone else that works there) are wonderful and extremely skilled and have changed my perspective on going to the dentist. I am over-the-moon happy with the work that has been completed already and love that I can finally smile without shame.
