Dental issues are never fun and I would not really wish them on anyone, but if you have to deal with them, go see Dr. Hariri. He and his staff are absolutely incredible. They are so kind, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
They made me feel so at ease and answered every question I had before I even asked it. They gave me headphones during my procedure which helped tremendously, and I followed their recovery plan to a T and felt better within days. I truly would recommend them to anyone!

I have unfortunate genetics which results in most cavities turning to root canals. I just had my 7th root canal, 6th with Dr Hariri over the last 5-6 years. He is amazing. The kindest person you could ever meet. The staff is just as caring and make you feel like one of the family while there.
They do follow up the next day to make sure you are feeling okay too. Just above and beyond. While no one ever wants to go get a root canal, Dr. Hariri and his staff make you smile and obviously love their job.

A Dynasty
I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Payam Hariri. His staff member Megan was extremely disrespectful. I called once she answered, and hung up. I called again she answered in a very rude manner yelling “HELLO” I asked the young lady could she not hear me. She rudely says no how can I help you. I proceeded to tell Ms. Megan I was referred from my dentist to get get two teeth evaluated.
She says well we only do root canals here. I said I’m uncertain on what needs to be done. My paperwork says #13 and #18 for possible treatment. She says well we only do root canals again. So I said well my dentist refereed me to this location, are you saying they made a mistake. She now says who’s your dentist. I give her the name she says “ I’ve never heard of that name before we only accept referrals from certain locations. The level of disrespect I’ve received from just trying to make an appointment was unbelievable.
I contacted my dentist office to tell them what happened. They reached out to the office and spoke with Megan. She tells a complete lie and says she was threaten. Classless staff I wouldn’t send my dog to this location. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional, classless, nasty attitude from a place of business. Straight filthy, it should be mandatory for staff to take proper training on phone etiquette.

Dr H and his team are amazing. I was greeted by Debbie. Andrew took my painless XRays . They have advanced technology - easy and painless . Debbie came in and got me comfortable. She gave me headphones so that I couldn’t hear the drill while getting my procedure done. Dr H came in and introduced himself.
I declined a cold text (from previous bad experience) . He did do the cold test , but it wasn’t a bad experience. I love his energy & he explained everything in detail. Joe, I’m assuming the business manager came out & explained to me my fees. They are reasonable , nice & friendly . Going back next week for Root Canal #3 🙄
