DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! After my experience on Monday with both of my kids (all while getting a lecture because my 4 year old was scared and my kids and myself being traumatized with how my 2 year old was handled and cared for) I IMMEDIATELY switched dentists and got my oldest the Dental care she URGENTLY needed under sedation that this office was going to wait until September to do! My child would of ended up hospitalized due to being very ill because of lack of knowledge at this place! Use this place at your own risk!!!

My grandson was very nervous about getting his tooth extracted, and Dr. Das was amazing she was patient and she sung songs with him to make him feel comfortable. My older teenager had her just the day before and she was just as cool🤩. Her and Brooke did an awesome job today, now my grandson has no fears of coming to the dentist thanks.

DONT GO HERE OR TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE !!! Bad experience after bad experience. I would give this company no stars if I could . If you live in Salisbury, do what you can to avoid this place . They are ran/paid by the state (Medicare only) and simply do not care about patients. would you send your children here ? I called 3 separate times to update my phone number in their system over the last 2 years and for some reason they never updated it and never sent a reminder , I even went in person to update the forms and they still had my old number from 4 years ago .

Oh but they sent one to my ex wife 3 states away but you can guess how that went. ( I have custody of my kids) . No notice of appointment until this morning from ex wife, too bad we are out of town on family vacation . I set these appointments 3-4 months ago , again , NO REMINDER but the same thing will happen to my children that happened to me , thrown on a 2 year waiting list for missing an appointment for their mess up !!! Your kids deserve the best . Will never be dealing with them again , thought maybe they treated children better than adults but I won’t be taking that chance .

I felt uncomfortable taking them there as it is . If it ain’t a seafood place , don’t trust Chesapeake anything… it is the worst . Would rather pay out of pocket again for someone who cares .
