We’ve been here for 5 years with our 4 kids. I wish I could rate 2 separate things. Dentists are 5 stars, absolutely amazing!! They joyfully and seamlessly see our kids all at the same time and are excellent with children and their fears. However, the administrative processes is a WRECK.

2 weeks ago, We waited 45 minutes with 4 kids to even leave the waiting room. Appointments are not available for a month out, weve had several emergencies and it took me DAYS to get someone to call me back even though I called 20 times and left messages on all platforms begging for help. They boast of being parent friendly and understanding but don’t deliver when there’s an urgent need. For our last teeth examination, I needed to reschedule and I called seven times over the span of one month and no one ever called me back…however, if THEY need to change something on their end, they incessantly call you and incisively email you.

Their website buttons don’t work. It won’t allow one to make an appointment online. I am torn from telling all my friends to come here and then at the same time, want to Change dentists, solely due to lack of responsiveness on the admin side.

Took my 2-year-old for a check-up and cleaning, and this place was amazing! He was a bit skeptical at first, but by the end, he didn’t want to leave—he actually cried when it was time to go. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, explaining everything they were doing in a way that made him feel comfortable and involved. The office itself is beautiful, with a fun and engaging waiting area full of activities for kids, which made the experience even better.

One thing I really appreciated is that they respected our decision to decline fluoride—no pressure or judgement. That’s hard to find these days, and it meant a lot.

This is our 3rd appointment. The first in the DC office and it was good, however we found Md. To be more convenient (i do think i prefer this staff though lol) We have a good experience here. Customer service is good.

We never wait too long, the staff is friendly, they're very good with children, the office is clean. They explained things clearly (to me and the child lol) and they seem to be upfront with information. We'll continue to get dental care here.
