First time going with my 3 kids and honestly I loved the way they treated my family! I would recommend it . All the staff who took care of us were very lovely. My kids want to come back already.

My children are young. They are okay with them as long as they aren’t crying. When it comes to being respectful of time they are not. 6 months ago my child didn’t get called back until 35 minutes after his scheduled time.

I went up and they got me right back with no one back there (I am sure they forgot to check us in). Then they just called me today about my appointment on Thursday. They said that the Doctor No longer does appointments on Thursday and they need to reschedule both of my kids appointments. The next available appointment would be the end of April!

I’ve been pleased with the services. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Parents are allowed to be in the visits with toddlers, then children transition to going into the back with Orthodontist alone at around school age.

I admit I was surprised by the policy but I have learned to trust them as they are always diligent and great with kids. My son loves the entertainment provided in the waiting room and in the offices.

A real disappointment after years of good experiences before the original orthodontist retired. Suddenly, there’s no time to talk to parents or answer questions. Appointments were scheduled back to back to increase patient load to make more $$. My child became a number and our questions and concerns became an annoyance. We didn’t even get notified of when they moved into a new office! Found out when we went for the next scheduled appointment and the office was closed.

They claimed they sent out emails and letters, but we never received anything. As they were explaining this, alluding that it was our fault, another lady came in with the same experience. Since then, we’ve experienced many similar communication problems. Also, I’ve never even met the ortho or other workers beyond the receptionist desk. Quite a change from when you could go back with your child under the previous management.

We have chosen to go to another practice. My child was so relieved! Apparently, she was constantly having to tell them things that should have been in the notes, often just ignoring her or finding her annoying for saying anything. Once, she said she could hear the hygienist speak negatively about her to another worker. Not a good place if you’re looking for a caring or professional environment.
