We’ve been going here for a few years until a bad experience with Dr Flowers. I took my daughter in for a bump on her gum. He said there was no infection, but the tooth needed to come out. He scheduled the extraction 20 days out (which was the date we had a cleaning scheduled). He assured me there was no need for antibiotics as there was no infection. Two days later, my daughter wakes up in the middle of the night, throwing up from a 104. 5 degree fever.

We almost took her to the ER. Clearly the fever came from her tooth that was CLEARLY infected. The next day I took her another dentist who immediately prescribed an antibiotic and said she could tell without knowing her history that it was an infection. Dr Flowers was very negligent. The office staff use to be super helpful and friendly, but even that’s change- the one lady I spoke to was so rude she made me cry. I’d suggest not coming here.

I love this place!! My daughter is a new patient and she has a fear of dentist and doctors. The staff were so attentive and friendly. They were able to calm my little one down and make her laugh which is no easy task. I highly recommend bringing your kids here!

This review is not a reflection of the capabilities of this practice in the slightest as my family never had the chance to be treated by any of their providers. This review is regarding their front desk staff, particularly Kim, who was extremely rude this morning when trying to book a new patient appointment for my children. The issue surrounded whether or not they were a provider for our dental insurance.

There is supposedly a “computer glitch” which wouldn’t be an issue by itself but as a parent simply looking for dental care for my kids, I sure wasn’t expecting to be met with hostility over the phone regarding something that theoretically would have been addressed by this practice. I’m sure the providers at this practice are wonderful as the previous reviews have stated, but their front desk staff has sure tarnished that image.

We absolutely love CDoV! The most wonderful hygienists- they explain everything thoroughly to my young kids and put them at ease. Dr. Hinkle is the BEST dentist we have ever seen. So incredibly nice, thoughtful, does a great exam and gives detailed explanations to the parents on on everything.
