ZERO STARS but google won’t allow it Will NEVER come back to this place again. Our consultation went well, everyone was nice and very thorough. Went back for procedures with 2 kiddos. My oldest had a good experience with her procedure but they didn’t clean her teeth as we scheduled because “most insurances don’t cover that many cleanings a year” but ours does, and nobody asked me about it. I had to have them squeeze her in to get a cleaning after the fact. My youngest daughter on the other hand had one of the most traumatic experiences we’ve ever dealt with and now is afraid to ever set foot in the dentist office again.

She had the “loopy juice” and apparently wasn’t doing well on it. I carried her to the procedure room where I left her with the dentist and someone else. I asked someone how she was doing about half through and they said “great!”. Once finished, the dentist said she cried and screamed the entire time (which was half hour - an hour) and they had to hold her down the entire time to get the procedure done. My 5 year old cried/hyperventilated for 45 minutes AFTER leaving the dentist because of this experience. First, she took a small teddy bear the size of an adult hand and they took it from her which made her scared.

She said a grown woman laid across her legs to hold her down and it hurt really bad while another held her head and they all surrounded her screamed at her the entire time. In the days following she had a bruise on her temple which was from them holding her head so hard. While I understand this was all probably done for her safety and so they could do the procedure, when is it too much? When do you come get the parents? When do you say this isn’t working and we will have to figure something else out? This is completely unacceptable and my child is now scared to death to ever go to another dentist and quite frankly who could blame her. NEVER AGAIN! I did call and cancel my older child’s second procedure and told them my youngest had a terrible experience which is why we were canceling and they never inquired about what happened or why. So, can’t say they “care” much either.

We went here for the first time today. My 8 year old was scared and didn’t know what to expect but they did an AMAZING job. They talked my daughter through the whole thing and were super friendly!

All my children see Doctor Myers in the office. She is kind gentle and wonderful to talk to. But the new front staff that checks you in, is rude. She doesn't explain things right off hand and she always has attitude as she has to deal with talking to people. Like she had a deal with me today October 4th, 2023 about my private insurance.

My kids love going here! All of the staff make the kids feel comfortable. They do such a good job and are thorough with each of my kids! My daughter was terrified to have work done on her tooth and Dr. Tyra Meyer was able to calm her and do the work. She is amazing and kind!
