My experience with Dr Chin goes way back to the late 90's, my father was very ill and lost a lot of weight and his dentures kept falling out. We lived across the street from Dr Chin's office and she came to the house to adjust his dentures. I was so impressed with her sympathetic and caring demeanor that ever since she became my regular dentist. Years later I moved away, and for convenience I visited a new dentist for a filling.

Within a month the filling fell out so I returned to Dr Chin, who fixed it perfectly! Now I gladly make the trip to see Dr Chin. If you don't like pain when visiting the dentist then Dr Chin is for you, in all the years I've been going to her not once have I had a bad experience! She is a gentle and caring dentist and her whole staff are so friendly and comforting. I highly recommend her and her staff, they are lovely people.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chin since she opened her practice approx. 25 years ago. Our kids have been seeing her for over 15 years now. Dr. Chin and her staff are always friendly, professional and very understanding. My daughter has a needle phobia and Dr.

Chin is extremely patient, giving my daughter the time she needs to get hold of her fear and jokes with her to help relieve some of her tension. When I was going through severe vertigo, Dr. Chin was very accommodating with my need to not lay back for any procedures and to stop drilling every time my head would start to spin. I'm sure it was quite awkward for her to do my dental work, and slowed her down, yet she never indicated it whatsoever. I truly appreciated that. I also must add that Rose is always wonderful about scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, always pleasant to speak with and a lovely first face to see when we arrive at the office. :)

I think I’ve been going to Dr.Chin for well over 20 years now. Dr. Chin and her team have always provided friendly, professional, quality, and pain-free dental care for me at every visit. In fact, I haven't lived in the area for a while now, and it’s a bit of a drive for me to get to her office, but I still make the trip every 6 months! I completely recommend Chin Up and Smile.

I have been going to Dr. Chin for 10 years ever since I moved to Canada. Dr. Chin and her team are always professional and very friendly and provide excellent, quality service in dental care. They are very caring, warm and lovely people.

I have not missed an appointment thanks to Rose who takes the time to contact me a few days before to remind me. I also appreciate that the appointments are on time with no waiting. I feel very comfortable and at ease when I go to her office and Dr Chin is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and advise. I highly recommend Chin Up and Smile to all.
