I have been going to China Grove and other CRCHC clinics for two years now. They offer primary medical, dental, psychiatry, and mental health therapy all under one roof. I have had the best and most caring practitioners - I truly can say enough about how much I appreciate them. The front office staff is always kind and courteous and the offices are clean.

When I say that this establishment has to be the most professional and understanding doctor's office that I've ever been to. Yesterday I went to go have two teeth removed and Dr Roa and her assistant Miss Tabitha was tremendously kind an extremely patient when it came to the needs of my unique issue within my dental work. Dr Roa was not judgmental nor was she rushing to get me out of there. She cared and I was very rare from what I've experienced the other doctor's offices. The front office women were amazing as well miss Maria and also Deborah.

Anytime I come to this office if it's to see Dr Patterson or Miss charice it is nothing but profound professionalism. I would recommend these doctors and this office to absolutely everyone. I hope that this comment can help someone find the care and help that I have gotten and received from this place.

Since I’m no longer a pt here I’ll write about my terrible experience. I had met with Jennifer Sass while she was filling in for Paige on leave. Without giving too much info about my background, let’s just say I am very up close and personal with doctors. This woman has surpassed any doctor I’ve worked with. Arrogant, belittling, cold and will flat out gaslight you into thinking you don’t have any problems because you’re in your twenties. She told me verbatim I was “too young to have problems”. I walked out of there and cried.

It’s hard enough to go to the doctors and ask for help let alone about something you have no idea about. I would NEVER refer her to anyone especially a WOMAN. If you hate your job and old don’t take it out on your patients. She’s the reason our society resorts to social media instead of coming in and talking to professionals. Stay clear of this provider at all costs.

Pros: Staff, nurses, and doctors are very friendly. They do listen and understand concerns. Easy to make appointments. Very informative. Cons: The facility needs a deep cleaning. Took a few pics of one of the rooms. Pretty gross in my opinion.
