The practitioners make you suffer humiliation simply to have a prescription refilled. I was called "Pinocchio" by one woman. Another told me to come in when I was experiencing intractable headaches due to crushed vertebrae in my neck instead of refilling the prescription my neurologist had given me, and I had been taking 2 plus years. I ought to have known to leave after my first visit when the CRNP wanted to change most of my prescriptions. I suffer from CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and have Traumatic Brain Injury due to abuse.

These folks need to be trained to first, do no harm. They seem to enjoy cruelty. Also, the white nurses aid with rainbow dreads and two full-sleeve tattoos was a shocking sight. Really unprofessional.

My tooth has been messed up for six years. Somehow, all four times they've worked on it, they've made it worse to the point my whole mouth hurts, and the tooth turned black. They don't want to do anything about it, and I made it clear I have brain tumors and had brain surgery-- I can't afford an infection like that.

Their mannerism is also horrible, they'll humiliate you if you've missed one tooth while brushing-- as is their professionalism, I don't believe it's professional to put joking with coworkers before patients. I'd put zero stars if I could.

12/26/24 I received a call 45 min before my appt for Dec 26th. They needed to cancel it as the who wanted to see me was off. Are you joking you did not know this last week? I could have stayed another day with my family for Christmas holidays! Instead i came back home for this nonsense getting a call 45 min before my appt! When does CCH take on some sort of responsibility of professionalism. Jan 2023 I swear I get better attention from The Docs In, than I do from CCH. Twice now they sent me to Easton to get tests done, both times I got the results of those tests on the Charts app.

It took Choptank Comm health 4 days to get back to me on the first test. I went in for another test in Easton on 2/1, I got the results back 40 minutes after the test, on my Charts app. So far I have not heard back from the person who ordered the test at CCH. I want to find someone else, this is a joke.

I called to ask about the new patient process and was in their system already from a dental appointment I had 4 years ago. Kita was very helpful and able to get me in for a new patient exam the same day! The nurses were super friendly and very kind! I'm so grateful for the staff that helped me today. I had been waiting over a month to see a PCP in Easton.
