I had to go here after a bad day on campus because I had busted my tooth. I saw Dr. Lina and her assistant whose name I forgot to ask for. Both of them were incredibly kind and professional, making sure to go over treatment plans and ensuring that I would leave with a temporary fix until we could have a permanent one.

The receptionist, Betsy, was also amazing. She made sure I got in as soon as possible (literally three hours after i broke the tooth, insane) and went over the cost for treatment with me after the appointment and broke down what insurance would pay for and what I would pay for, including when and how i’d receive and pay those charges. i fully intend to go back and finish treatment at this establishment, because one rarely doesn’t hate a dentist office, and this one I truly enjoyed.

I had a regular check up in January. A few weeks later I began to experience great discomfort in one tooth. I made another appointment (with Dr. Bermudes) and was assured that everything was fine, no cavities, and my pain was due to gum recession.

I then saw a periodontist who said my gums were not my problem, but I had a massive cavity in a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted ASAP! How could a dentist who saw me two times within a month, and a hygienist who thoroughly cleaned my teeth, both assure me that everything was fine? I will never go back to this office. I trust nothing they say or do; the potential harm they caused me and the egregious lack of competence is stunning. Stay away.

DUMP. I’d be embarrassed to work here. 4 years for a cleaning. Just drove to the “new” GB dump & scheduling completely messed up why I was there. I wasn’t the only one. The poor tech was in distress. Like a dental version of kitchen nightmares. Absolute incompetent horror show. These people couldn’t schedule their way out of a paper bag and they should all wear them on their head.

Absolute waste of time. Back and Forth for one let down after another not to mention how hard it is to even get an appointment. 2 years to get a denture made. First it was lost because they were moving so I went without a bottom partial for 2 years and 5 mos. Waited the 7 years to get a new top made, that took 2 years , they made me a set so big I could fit my current dentures in it and then twice sent back a mold that didn't even fit in my mouth. Granted the creation of the denture is done at a lab the work to get there is done by the chp staff. Then I try in and approve but make a point to point out what needed adjustments, well they came back worse then ever.

. . . I was thoroughly disappointed. Dr Bermudez however thought these gumball machine prize looking teeth were beautiful and even told me that the fact that they buldge out under my lip was like getting " free botox" . . .

. How insulting! I didn't ask for Botox or mention it nor are my lips wrinkled. Instead of sending them back to re do them I was told by Dr Bermudez that she worked too hard on these to do it again so she will refund the money to mass health and I can find another provider. . . I left crying but have since straightened my crown and I did get another provider and I will get them done right and in the meanwhile im writing reviews.
