My self and my children started seeing this office in April of 2021. I made the appointment in February and called my kids previous dental office to have the records sent via email as requested by this office. The records were sent. When my children went to their appointment everything was done (x-rays included).

I later received a bill and when I called my insurance I found out the kids did not need x-rays as they were not due. To make matters worse we were charged full price and when I tried to explain to Christie Dental that we don’t pay full price per our insurance company, the billing person argued with me. I then had to have my insurance company call her and explain this to her. Only then was I billed the correct amount.

Even after realizing that the amount was wrong I still was treated poorly by the billing person. This is why I have chosen to find another office to see. Just an fyi the new office was able to look at our insurance records and knew exactly what we needed done at our appointments! Terrible customer service and I wonder how many patients have been billed more than they should have been!

I’ve never had an issue with rude service, I have received wonderful care from bath Dr. Laura and Dr Christie and feel I was heard! Prices are what they are,I don’t feel they are any higher than anywhere else.

I've not been to the dentist in a long while, I was in need of a couple cavities taken care of and a good cleaning. Dr. Laura and her assistant were great at taking care of my cavities and when I came back for my cleaning today the lady that did that(can't remember her name) was excellent! She didn't make me feel bad for the lapse of time between cleanings and was very gental with my sensitive teeth.

It was an all in all good experience. Thanks!
