The most unprofessional and juvenile medical/dental office experience I’ve had to date. I did not have concerns with the services/treatments offered, however there were frequent last minute cancellations and rescheduling requests over the past two years creating mild nuisances and most recently, after forgetting my scheduled appointment on their end, the receptionist lied to me about it and when I disagreed with the excuse provided, they saw me, charged me and the receptionist then called my number to personally insult me and dismiss me as a patient. Complete and utter lack of customer service mindset.

It’s unfortunate as I would have loved to support a female dentist in the area.

I am a new patient to Dr. Kirchner and so far I have had a great experience. Dr. Kirchner is very thorough in explaining things and procedures. She makes sure to go over everything thoroughly when suggesting a procedure or doing a consultation. I felt very welcomed as a new patient. She is the best dentist in West Seattle! The staff is always kind and nice to me and treats me well.

They are very professional in their actions and mannerisms and have good customer service skills. The office is very clean and I love the vibe. When I had a suggestion about how they should update their forms, they took the suggestion and did it. That was appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirchner as a dentist.

Dr. Kirchner has been my dentist for many years. Having work done on my teeth has never been a favorite thing of mine but my visits with Dr. Kirchner have always been positive.

I have been seeing Brianna as my hygienist and am very impressed with how gentle she is and, in addition, her personality is a plus. If I could give more than five stars Dr. Kirchner and her staff would certainly receive them!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I am going to make an exception this time after reading a negative review on the site from an obviously disgruntled patient. I have been a patient of Dr Kirchner since she took over the practice from my former dentist Dr Anne LeSure who sadly died of cancer. I always thought Dr LeSure walked on water and I could say without hesitation she was the best dentist I ever had. Before she passed away, she carefully chose a like-minded dentist to take over her practice. I can tell you that she chose well.

Dr Kirchner is equal in every way to Dr LeSure and I feel so very fortunate to be in her care. I have watched as she has expanded and modernized the office, and have always felt very well taken care of there. My hygienist, Bryanna, is a gem. What else is there to say? Five stars from me.
