Horrible and a nightmare is how to describe this outfit. I had 2 implants side by side, installed in 2013. bout 3 or 4 years they became lose. I had Chrysalis tighten them and everything was fine for about a year. Then the next year it happened again. Then again and again.

After about 4 or 5 years of this yearly routine, Chrysalis had to redo my implant because there was not enough passive resistance, according to my regular dentist Thanks Dr Segal you really proved your worth. Now 13 years later they are lose again and the periodontist I went to see (like Chrysalis would give me an honest opinion) told me the anchor was cracked and chipped and I had pockets measuring 13 around the anchor. So now I am out thousands of $$$ and have to have my implants removed because Dr Segal couldn't do a proper job. Perhaps I'll see you in small claims court Segal. Hope your malpractice insurance is up to date Segal

Excellent service! They explained to me all the possible options in my case, gave a detailed description of all the stages of implantation. The surgery was successful yesterday, and today I do not feel any pain. I will wait four months until the next check-up :)

Thank you Dr. Bongard and Dr. Powell and all of the lovely associates that work at Chrysalis. I lost my front tooth due to trauma in 2016. I ended up with a flipper which I absolutely hated. I went to four different dentists to see if an implant would be possible. Because I also lost the papilla in between my two front teeth, I was advised by all of them that they could not give me the aesthetic that I was seeking. I wore that flipper for 9 years and I had nightmares that I would lose it. Today I walked out of Chrysalis Dental with the confidence that I lost when I lost, my front tooth. And a smile that I have not had in a very long time. When I saw Dr.

Bongard in 2023 he he said to me, we can do this, it may not be perfect but it's going to be a heck of a lot better than what you have now, which was the flipper. My implant surgery went extremely well. Even my temporary looked amazing. I was over the moon during the 4 months that I waited for the bone to grow around the implant. I was flipper free LOL. After 4 months it was time for the finale, including a replacement Crown on my other front tooth, as it was important that both front teeth were completed at the same time to achieve the best aesthetic. In comes Dr. Howell and away we go. His attention to detail in making sure that I walked out of there with the best smile possible. . .

. I honestly cannot say enough. Chrysalis really saved me. It restored my confidence in myself which really took a hit when I lost my front tooth. To be a woman and to lose your front tooth and have to wear a flipper is very difficult. This has been a very emotional process for me, and I have shed tears. Today I walked out of there a different person and I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Bongard, Dr. Howell, and the wonderful, wonderful staff at Chrysalis that made this possible. The tears that I have while writing this are tears of gratitude, for giving me back my confidence ❤️

I want to just give a great big thank you to the staff at Chrysalis dental center. They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I entered the door. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, and I am very pleased with the whole procedure. In the past I was told how horrible it would be to get dental implants, that it causes so much pain, but my experience with Chrysalis was the complete opposite.

I have no swelling, no bruising and I only took a pain killer once when I went to bed just to make sure I wouldn’t wake up to pain. Would highly recommend to everybody in need.
