Churchville Family Dentistry is the best! The staff are friendly and professional. I am someone who doesn’t love to go to the dentist but they always keep me calm. Have gone here for little over a year with my wife. At first very nice people and nice environment. But once you don’t agree with their “plan” for you. No matter the reasoning (financially or personally opinion) they become rude and ignorant. They also constantly make back hand complements to my wife. “ Oh you have such a beautiful smile once you get your two Caine teeth straight out. ” They had did two filling on my back lower molers and I had gone in for my cleaning a month afterwards and told them I can eat anything hot or cold due to sensitivity.

And they said well it not our fault you now need root canal’s without looking at my mouth. Then every time I go into their office they push “free or covered stuff” on you without asking. They had also “found” more filling or cavities that needed expensive fixes every time I’ve laid in their chairs and my teeth aren't causing any issues. I had a tooth pulled by another place they suggested and they had took measurements and everything for a flipper (temporary tooth until a permanent replacement was made) and they ordered it and it never fit so they redid everything and said they would cover it and then never called me saying it had arrived and I had called and they said it’s been in for weeks and it still didn’t fit and still charged me for both flippers and both appointments for their mess up. They tell you X-rays and everything they want to do it covered by you’re insurance without looking and then you get harassed by them walking out or by phone that insurance never approved or covered it and they need payment now. The receptionist on the left and a few of the lady that do the cleaning are the only lady’s in the building who are nice and decent every time we’ve been there. The receptionist on the right it rude and pushy and always in a rush or seem like what you need is a waste of her time.

The two actually dentist are polite but pushy about what they want to do and if you don’t agree they just get nasty. The only male gets very personal with our two boys (under 3) even though they aren’t “legally allowed” to do work on kids (what we were told) and gives us parenting advice and gets too involved in what our kids teeth look like and what to feed them and how to keep them healthy. Even though we take them to a much better and more professional child dentist across town Edit: About a week after this was posted originally then had send me a letter in the mail to tell me they are no longer allowing me to be their patient. Can only assume why since they didn’t call or state why. They also stated that they were sending me a check for the balance they owed me and still have yet to receive that so now I which I could lower the rating to no stars and I’ll also add them being thieves to the people in the front office and financial department. High suggested to stay away from this place and also speak your voice about them since the negative energy and atmosphere and personality's they have isn’t allowed to be posted anywhere and talked about without being cancelled by them as a patient.

I've been going there for years. They're all very nice. I've always gotten great service. I recently got a painful tooth infection. I called them this morning and they were able to see me today, which i know must have been difficult to squeeze me in. A lifesaver. I highly recommend them, not only for what they did for me today but for all my visits as well.
