I love this dental place, the staff is great the dentists are perfect I have been going since end of September 2024 I’m getting My whole mouth teeth done and I’m almost done they are the best in every way!

If i could give 100000 Stars i honest to God would. Today was my 5 year olds very first time going to the dentist and she was in tears the WHOLE way there. The second we walked in the receptionist was super sweet and welcoming, she talked to me daughter, asked her fun questions about herself and completely changed my daughters mood! I was happily surprised that my daughter was now excited to go on back with the doctor! As soon as we went back the dentist was more than welcoming and she (as well as her assistant) were so sweet to my daughter.

They completely changed her whole mood and turned what could have been a negative experience, into such a positive one. My daughter walked in tears and walked out eager to come back to the dentist! And my daughter is not easily convinced or amused so i will 100% be coming back and i recommend to anyone with children or anyone in general! Its also a big plus that they take almost all types of insurance including Medicade!

My daughter arrived early for her scheduled appointment, yet she was forced to wait over an hour while the staff inexplicably prioritized walk-ins. When she was finally seen, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The hygienist assigned to her was visibly inexperienced — hands shaking while working — clearly unqualified to be treating patients. The cleaning was rushed and aggressively performed, leaving her significantly bleeding and bruised. When she voiced this concern, both the dentist and hygienist dismissed it, claiming that bleeding and bruising during a routine cleaning is “normal.

” That kind of reckless disregard for patient care is both dangerous and negligent. To make matters worse, the staff aggressively tried to upsell her on additional services and procedures she did not need, turning what should have been a simple exam into a pushy sales pitch. They were rudely blocking the door for us to leave unless she scheduled another appointment for their "necessary services", and tried to get us to sign a contract before leaving. Meanwhile, other patients next to my daughter were visibly upset and openly complaining in the office to the dentist about the shoddy work and unprofessional behavior of both the dentist and hygienists. And if that were not enough, you could hear staff gossiping loudly about other patients from the waiting room — an outrageous breach of professionalism and privacy.

This office is disorganized, careless, and utterly lacking in integrity. If you value your time, your health, or basic decency, stay far away. Don't let the pictures of theories new office blind you from the issues happening here. Absolutely do not recommend.

Absolutely love all the staff! The ladies at the front desk are the best. Everyone here is so kind! Dr. Nabi is amazing!!! She is gentle and caring. I have extremely bad anxiety and she treated me exceptionally.
