After a recent visit to Dr. Peter J. Tsivitse’s office…I was blown away with the overall experience…Dr. Tsivitse was very nice, professional and easy to talk with.

The hygienist Sam did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the cosmetic work that was completed. The office staff from the initial phone call, greeting me upon arrival and billing details were handled very professionally and timely. I would highly recommend Cincinnati Bright Smiles to anyone.

My husband and I have gone to this dentist for a few years now. We are the type that only goes when we need it, so not very often. I went last year and was told I had numerous cavities. I told him I had no pain in my teeth/mouth except for one tooth but he insisted I needed to have them all filled regardless or else I would need root canals. He filled the one that was causing me pain last (filled 5 before then, most were separate appointments so this took months), and by that time, the tooth had broken and my previous filling had fallen out.

But he stated the other ones needed it more because the cavities were "so deep. " He didn't even notice it was broken, his hygienist did. The one day he planned to do 2 fillings. He "couldn't get me numb" after stabbing my gums probably 30 times, so he only filled the one. He drilled a hole in the other one then left it there (I spoke to him about this later and he said he didn't remember doing this.

) I could not open my mouth for almost 3 weeks because it hurt SO bad from the needle, and the now exposed tooth was very sensitive and needed repaired ASAP which I could not afford to do! He then sent me to a different dentist for a root canal on the tooth with the hole, and I was told that I didn't need one, there was barely even a cavity, and was told I should find a different dentist. He showed me the xray that showed barely any decay. I went to a different dentist who confirmed there was very minimal decay and had that tooth filled, she had no issues numbing my mouth. Now here I am with a mouth full of pain, and the only solutions I'm given are root canals on multiple teeth at 26 years old because the fillings he did were so unnecessarily deep. Please go somewhere else!

I have been receiving really great care here. I had been experiencing a lack of health coverage for some time, so I was long overdue for a dentist visit. The staff have been very welcoming and non- judgmental. I'm very happy with the level of service they provide here.

My biggest issue here is the staff isn't very supportive. Went in for a deep cleaning, but was informed I would need 2 root canals after the examination. I asked admin specific questions about costs of treatment relating to my insurance, to which she advised I call my insurance to see if the treatment was covered. The dental tech was the only person who discussed concerns with care and degree of patience.

The dentist was impersonal, cold, and absent. The continuity of care, to me, was the biggest failure and I couldn't see myself returning.
