Detailed Introduction

CincySmiles Dental Center operates as a key component of the CincySmiles Foundation, an organization with a rich history dating back to 1909. Founded by members of the Cincinnati Dental Society as "The Free Dental Clinic," its initial mission was to address the poor dental health of low-income children in Cincinnati Public Schools. Over the decades, the foundation expanded its scope to serve all underserved groups in the community, including working poor adults, individuals with disabilities, the homeless, and the frail elderly. Today, CincySmiles Dental Center offers comprehensive oral healthcare services at its physical clinics, such as the location on Rapid Run Rd, and through innovative outreach programs. One notable initiative is the "Dental Road Crew (DRC)," a mobile dental unit equipped to bring dental care directly to schools, rehabilitation centers, and other social service agencies. This allows them to reach vulnerable populations who might otherwise lack access to dental treatment. Their services encompass a wide range of general, preventive, and restorative dental procedures, including exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, dentures, partials, and treatment for gum disease. They also provide specialized services like oral surgeon and endodontist appointments. Notably, CincySmiles Dental Center focuses on making dental care accessible and affordable, with programs like "Discounted Dental Services" that match eligible low-income patients with volunteer dentists willing to offer reduced fees. Beyond direct patient care, the CincySmiles Foundation is committed to oral health education and workforce development, striving to improve overall community health and address the shortage of dental professionals in underserved areas. Their mission emphasizes advocacy, program development, and collaboration with community partners to ensure that all members of the community, especially those at risk due to poverty, have access to vital oral health services.

Everyone was good, except for the redheaded receptionist. Not sure what her name was, but she was very rude and in compassionate to me while I was in severe pain. She was even rude to people on the phone that she was answering the phone to very short and cutting people off.

I first saw this dentist oct of 2024 due to an infected tooth. They gave me some antibiotics and scheduled me for a follow up to have it extracted . I shows up for the app and they tell me their systems were hacked. They had me write my name and number down on a piece a sheet of paper and said they would call me to reschedule. The call never came.

(This was now November and I was now out of pto time as they turned me away twice before this). I come back as a walk in, and they tell me they have no trace of me ever being seen there and I’m now considered a new patient so had to start the process over. They put me on more antibiotics , and now despite me supposed to be getting this pulled months ago and it being at no fault but their own, they are showing ZERO flexibility . It’s been the worse experience I have had ever with a dental office — I’ve now been walking around with an abscess in my mouth the last five months because of them and their lack of accountability

This dental office is by far the best I have ever been to. Walking in with anxiety, the desk clerk was friendly. The lady who called me back Jazmine Mack. She is Amazing. Jazmine truly made me feel comfortable and informed me everything she was going to do to x-rays to seeing the doctor. Even Dr Williams is Amazing.

I have seen plenty of dentists between me and my six kids and Dr Williams is one of the Best. He explains everything step by step and he is very caring. But most of all Jazmine is a GEM and she truly does care about her patients. I truly want to Thank Jazmine and Dr Williams for all they have done for me. I will for sure be back and I highly recommend Dr Williams.
