Kelly was awesome and knowledgeable. I appreciated her manner and approach to my first cleaning appointment in many many months. I do miss Dr. Kromkowski who was so warm and definitely an excellent dentist. Her charisma and wisdom will be missed- wont be upset if she cancels retirement and comes back to the practice 😂🙏

The customer service is truly amazing. I have only visited once so far but I know from my experience I am dealing with the best of the best. Everyone that I encounter paid very close attention to details and showed a great deal of pride in what they do. I highly recommend Cityscape.

WARNING: NEW PRIVATE EQUITY-STYLE OWNER I have been a Cityscape Dental patient for 15 years. Most of the reviews from the past years before roughly 2024 are for Dr. Christina Kromkowski, who was great. However this practice is under new ownership that aggressively sells treatments based on my experience.

I visited in Spring ’25 and the hygienist I was assigned told me I had gum problems and needed new treatment I had never had before. I asked that they do a normal cleaning. They refused me, saying that it would “make things worse” (what the dentist said) or “wouldn’t make a difference” (what the office manager said — note the contradiction). Less than two weeks later I visited another dentist and told them nothing of my Cityscape experience.

They evaluated my gum health and did a normal cleaning. That cleaning was specifically what I asked Cityscape to provide, and Cityscape refused. Don’t take my word for it: their new corporate owner, Imagen Partners, in an advertisement to dentists who want to sell their practice to Imagen says “revenue per patient” is one of the metrics they monitor. They say the quiet part out loud!
