Went for a cleaning they are very through & do a great job & answered all my questions & give good advice on oral hygiene routines & next steps to take to best suit my tooth & mouth needs going forward.

Appreciate timely appointments when needed & all the staff from front desk to the Dentist & everyone in between are all pleasant & friendly & helpful & actually makes going to the appt I look forward to! If I could give them a 0 instead, I would. My dad was their patient. I was the one arranging and attending his appointments. I wasn't going to write a review because I thought, at the time, it was a waste of time. We were NEVER going to go back or recommend this place to anyone. The last time we had any contact with Clear Lakes Dental was 11/19/2024 but today, my dad received a dismissal letter stating that my dad is pretty much not welcomed there anymore. BACK STORY: My dad had his teeth pulled for dentures. His first set, horrible. Had too many issues and so many visits. The doctor that we worked with guaranteed that the fix would be right.

Nope! Doctor told me that there could be a translator. The next appointment I let my dad go by himself because I was told there was translator. He leaves that appointment not knowing what happened. I called the next morning and their call center explained to me that they started a new set of dentures from scratch again and if my dad needed a translator than they would have to request for one before the appt. I was never told that! Information that they knew but didn't give. I knew the new dentures didn't arrive and my dad had an appt. I called them the morning of the appt and explained to them if the dentures haven't arrived, there was no reason for us to come to the appt. They were adamant that we still had to go in. I got off work early and brought my dad there just to find out that we didn't have an appt anymore. I told them I call them that morning and they said this appt we had to be there for.

Again, wasting our time. They were always calling it "miscommunication. " FAST FORWARD: The 2nd dentures was worse than the 1st one. We were just fed up and tired of wasting our time. Told them we no longer wanted to go forward with this because their next step was to start from scratch again. August 2024 to November 2024, my dad could not eat any solid food because Clear Lakes Dental couldn't get it right but they have the audacity to send my dad a dismissal letter like we were the ones that were giving them problems. They have all my calls and complaints. They can go back and review it if they think this review is incorrect or misleading.

I am very impressed with how quickly they got me in. Less than a week from when I called and my follow ups is less than 2 weeks which is incredible!!! I’m impressed and extremely satisfied with the treatment I received today For my first appointment. Everyone starting from the check in desk to the Dr were incredibly polite, welcoming, informative and professional. I been to many dentists and this is the first time my jaw was massaged prior to cleaning.

The office and dental areas are super clean and with modern equipment. They are so thoughtful to even have a tv on the ceiling for us to have something else to look at rather the blank ceiling. I’m looking forward to completing my dental plan with them. Thank you dental team!
