Absolutely rude no care for the way that they treat a child. Upon my request and reporting an incident where a child was fearful of a needle after already receiving several teeth removed prior is now suddenly incapable of getting a tooth removed and must be referred to another place off of one time expressing that she was afraid. Very fake happy-go-lucky.

Have some amazing staff don't get me wrong but a majority of them are fake. just want you to know that I took this from five stars all the way to zero but it only allows one as the lowest would never take my kids there again highly recommend anyone who else is having a problem to contact the better Business bureau as well as your attorney general. Have a fantastic day

I thought this place looked nice at first but after my one and only visit here I felt that it wasn’t very thorough and was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. The technician that “cleaned” my teeth was nice, although I don’t ever remember my teeth actually being polished. The “dentist” didn’t introduce himself when he came in to look at my teeth. He asked if I had any concerns and I said no, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I had cavities. He looked at my teeth very briefly and said they looked great and that I needed sealants since it appeared I didn’t have any when I was younger. He was also more interested in my facial piercings than providing the service that I was there for.

When I called to make my appointment there, the person that helped schedule me called my insurance first to verify that it’s in network so I was pretty surprised when I got my bill and it said I owed almost $2600 because they aren’t in network with my insurance. There were multiple services on my bill that weren’t presented as optional to me, but I was responsible for the full price because I was over the age of coverage for said service. I was also charged $80 for “nutritional counselling” (don’t remember ever receiving that, whatever that means) I was charged $80 for tobacco counselling, which is interesting considering I don’t smoke. I was also charged $80 for “oral hygiene instructions”? This is interesting considering the person that cleaned my teeth told me she’d show me the correct way to floss, and then never did. Any other hygiene instructions I received was common knowledge and even if she showed me how to floss correctly, $80 just for that is insane. The person that did my sealants asked if I grind my teeth, to which I answered yes.

She asked if I’d like them to see if my insurance will cover a mouth guard and that they will call me to follow up once they talk with my insurance company. I never received a call regarding the mouth guard, but instead now have a claim on my insurance for a mouth guard that would cost me around $1,500 out of pocket. I never would have agreed to that. All in all, this place seems shady and not the most professional or thorough.
