Amazing Experience! If I could rate with 10 stars I would! The whole staff is unbelievable. They are creative professionals! They all go above and beyond. My doctor was so mindful and a perfectionist! Hands down what an awesome doctor. I am a very happy and a confident person today.

This review is based on the office environment more than the quality of service as to the fact that I never made it back for my appointment. I was never notified that the staff was running behind schedule of which I am more than accommodating as I too work in customer care business. Once I checked in was asked to fill out two questionnaires via text as I did comply.

My appointment time was scheduled for 11:15 am and was alerted over 10 times prior that I had an appointment and need to acknowledge I was coming or that I need to cancel within 48 hrs or I would be billed of which I thought was aggressive and persistent however I still keep the appointment, and was early for my appointment. The intake assistant at no point after my 40 mins wait alerted my of my position or that she even cared I almost waited an hour as I watched the waiting room be emptied twice now I am well aware of different patients being seen for different things however I also watch two sets of patients fill out the same initial forms as I did and were ushered in before me. To make matters worse as I watched the assistant take food back and disappear I had had enough and walked out.

Not even to be called hmmm kinda makes you wonder ….

From the moment I walked into the office I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very caring and knowledgeable and excited to give me a new smile. The staff who took care of me on the day of my surgery could not have been more attentive and patient. The pain was minimal and the gain was amazing. I highly recommend clear choice in Fort Washington with Dr Wilson and her staff.
