My entire family had went here for years but now they are rude and unhelpful. We will just have to find another dentist. If you are lucky enough to actually get Dr Turner but not worth having to deal with other dentists or nurses and staff.

These folks are awesome. Cassidy will clean your teeth while humming to your favorite Country music songs playing in the background. What an easy peaceful teeth cleaning! From check in to check out warm friendly folks and reasonable too. Highly recommend!

tl;dr— If you’re afraid of the dentist, COME HERE TODAY!!! This is long because these wonderful people truly changed my life, and I want to try to do their good works justice. I had an EXTREME phobia, so I went without dental care for over a decade. My teeth deteriorated to such a degree that I wore a mask in public not just for COVID but to hide my smile. I even hid from my family and friends. My self-esteem was so low, it might as well have been underground. Until now. Because I had a severe panic attack there, the first remarkable thing this office did for me was to spend several hours searching for ANOTHER dentist who could work on me under anesthesia (thanks, Dr. Schofield!).

But there was no one I could see. I was in a lot of pain, so I returned to try again. I quickly developed a bond with Melanie (one of the warmest, most caring and supportive people I’ve ever met), and she made sure to stay by my side during my initial procedures. Dr. Turner and Angie the hygienist made me laugh with their banter and created a very relaxed atmosphere, and their work was so quick and efficient that I cried in shocked relief when they told me we were all done. Each visit got easier and easier, thanks to the kindness and positivity of LITERALLY everyone in the office. They were so encouraging and enthusiastic about my progress that I started to feel better about myself every time I went. As my phobia relaxed its grip on my heart, I actually began to look forward to every visit because I’d get to see everyone, and because my teeth were looking better and better.

I recently had a baby, and Dr. Turner and the lovely ladies on the billing and scheduling side made sure I’d have the partial denture I needed in time for the holidays. They gave me a priceless gift: because of them, I’ll be able to smile in my daughter’s first Thanksgiving and Christmas pictures. Thanks to everyone at Clemmons Family Dental, she will be able to look back at those photos and truly see the joy I feel about being her mother. PLEASE don’t let another day pass without smiling. If you’re afraid to sit in the dentist’s chair, you can trust the amazing staff at this office to help you overcome those fears. By the time you look in the mirror and finally see yourself smiling back at you, they’ll be more than a team of dedicated professionals: they’ll be family. I LOVE YOU CFD!!!
