Called for an appointment and got scheduled over a month later. Today was the appointment and they canceled my daughter's appointment 20 minutes before scheduled time for an emergency, which would be fine. Then said best they could do to reschedule was an appointment over a month and a half away. But if I were to cancel that close to the time I would be charged a fee.

Well so far this place has dropped the ball at every turn. They make mistakes and blame you. The never told me i need a medical clearance to have me teeth taken care of.

Two days before the appointment they send me a text message tell me the appointment i waited for for over a month was canceled when I called they told me it was my fault. Then I go to my doctor get him to send them clearance and they dont bother to contact me they wait untill I call them to tell me the clearance isn't what they want so finally I get all the right clearance im waiting for a week and a half to get a call to set up an appointment i call them today and the lady again blames me telling me they called and left a message I never got a message or a missed call I have my phone with me 24/7 the only time I turn the ringer off is at night and its back on at 4 am everyday

I went here to have a tooth extracted and a canine exposure done; it was one of the few places that accepted my insurance. First, I went for a consultation, where they then sent me to another branch in Cleveland to get a CBCT scan. After this, they scheduled me an appointment to actually have the procedure done. I went to this appointment expecting to get my tooth pulled and canine exposed. Instead, all they did was wiggle my tooth and tell me that the oral surgeon was not there.

I did not receive a phone call or anything about this. I took time away from my classes to make it there for them to reschedule it. I decided to stick with them and eventually got the procedure done but two months later, the chain detached from the button. My orthodontist said I needed to have it reattached so I called back, informing them what happened, and they then told me it was not their responsibility. The staff isn't rude but they don't seem like they want to be there at the same time.

Getting ahold of the office is difficult as well. I sat on hold for several minutes waiting to talk to someone. Since my hardware detached, I had to see another oral surgeon, who then said they used cheap materials. This place isn't bad but I wouldn't recommend it overall.

The staff here at the Arlington rd location is very polite and helpful. Dr. Velazquez is very considerate to patients who do not like the dentist. His bedside manner is very gentle.

He takes his time and answers questions, asks how you are during the visit ensuring you are not in pain. If you prefer they can refer you to a facility to be under anesthesia. He also very personable. Highly recommend
