Dr. Marsh is professional, empathetic and very skilled. He ensured that I felt no pain throughout my procedure despite having very sensitive teeth. I would highly recommend especially for those who are afraid of the dentist. His staff are all amazing as well. Overall a great experience.

I initially met with Dr Marsh for a consultation after seeing his commercial on Sunday mornings for Clevelandsmiles. com. Dr Marsh spent about an hour with me talking over all the options that I could walk through. In addition to talking about teeth, we talked family, Cleveland, soccer, and confidence in smiling. A few fun facts I learned about Dr. Steve Marsh: He scored the first goal in Beachwood soccer history (no one will ever do that again), He’s a true Cleveland fan, He’s an OSU Buckeye, and talks about his family often.

The best piece of advice that Dr. Marsh gave me was the term “I get to” replacing the terms “I have to”. Something I took home and taught my children. The process was very in depth, and I was very thankful for the time that he and his staff gave me. A few weeks after that initial visit, I was presented with molds, we took plenty of pictures and booked the appointments. Dr Marsh and his staff were very welcoming, patient, and polite through all 4 appointments.

Dr Marsh explained on how the process works for sending out the permanent teeth to Richfield, Ohio to an Artist who sculpts your new smile, the same lab that is used in celebrity smiles. There is a two-week anticipation as you wear the temporaries, but once you get the permanents, it's worth every dime. Thank you, Dr Marsh, Tracy, Debbie, and Karen, for guiding me through the process. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, I don’t think many people do, but this team makes it a great experience.

Dr. Steve Marsh is truly one of a kind. I’ve been through a lot with my health, and I’ve never had a doctor especially a dentist take the time to actually sit down and listen to me the way he did. Not just me, but my family too. He got to know me, not just my chart. I felt completely safe with him, which is something I didn’t even know was possible at the dentist.

What he’s doing for my teeth is NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING, but what really blew me away was how seen and cared for I felt. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and cares deeply about his patients. I’ll never go anywhere else, I actually can't wait for my next appointment he has already done so much for my confidence. Thank you so much Dr. Marsh!!!
