If I could give less than one star I would. I came in for a emergency appointment I needed a tooth extraction ASAP they got me scheduled in and I thought I was good until I sat there for three hours and finally when I saw a dentist he just x-rayed my teeth and told me to TAKE IBUPROFEN AND SENT ME HOME. They said it was there "OFFICE POLICY" to have screenings before any work is done. Now let me remind you this was a EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT I'm in extreme tooth pain.

wth is wrong with this place I just wanted a tooth pulled nothing else and couldn't even get service. They're some kind of fraud going there or something DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.

I was a new patient. I received a prompt appointment due to a cancellation. They sent reminders via email and text and I was able to fill out necessary paperwork online. Little wait time. Excellent care by the tech and the dentist. This may very well have been one of my best dental experiences.

I had a wonderful first experience. They booked me as soon as they could, but appointments were slim.

I was put on a cancellation list to come in and I got a text with an opening months sooner than what I had scheduled! Not only were they able to do a consult, but also get my cleaning done same day due to another patient not coming in! Everyone was so friendly and informative, and I left feeling really good about being a new patient.

I love my Dentist at Cloudland. Dr. Akiens is spectacular. The staff are always wonderful and beautifully Christian based. I would recommend this dentistry specifically for quality.
